EVENT SAFETY

SOUNDVAULT CODE OF CONDUCT

At Soundvault , we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, artists, staff, and volunteers. By entering the event/festival grounds, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund and/or permanent ban from any further events depending on the case.

RESPECT AND INCLUSIVITY

  • Treat everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or background.

  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Be mindful of others’ personal space and boundaries. If someone asks you to stop a behavior, respect their request immediately.

NO SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

  • Consent is mandatory – any form of unwanted physical contact, harassment, or sexual violence is strictly prohibited.

  • If you witness or experience any inappropriate behavior, report it immediately to event staff or security.

  • Respect personal boundaries. No means no.

SUBSTANCE POLICY

  • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

  • While we encourage a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, we strongly discourage drug use for your safety and well-being.

  • Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be removed from the event and reported to authorities.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY

  • If you ever feel unsafe or need assistance, please approach a security guard or staff member immediately.

  • Security teams are present throughout the event to ensure the safety of all attendees.

  • If you see someone in distress, check in and seek help from event staff if necessary.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Fighting, threats, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property will not be tolerated.

  • Any form of intimidation, physical or verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.

COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Look out for one another. If you see someone in need, offer help or seek assistance from staff.

  • Respect the grounds/venue, dispose of trash properly, and be mindful of the environment.

REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

  • If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to security or event staff member immediately.

  • Event organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these rules without refund.

  • Law enforcement may be involved in cases of illegal activity or serious misconduct.

By attending any Soundvault event, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community.
